Withdraw from contract

Use this page to withdraw from a distance contract for a practice exam while the statutory cooling-off period still applies. You do not need an account to send this notice. Details are in the Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

If you already consented at checkout to immediate supply and acknowledged that you would lose the right of withdrawal, and we confirmed that in your order email, the cooling-off right may already have ended. You can still use this form for a defect, a mistaken charge, or if you believe the right still applies.
